CD Earth Tags

CD Earth Tags have double side and single side two type. offer fast attachment, excellent electrical continuity, and do not leave reverse markings or perforate materials. They are ideal for establishing earth connections in metal enclosures. These tags are designed to slide into a slotted chuck or collet, securely held in place during welding. Chucks are also provided.

Capacitor discharge fasteners feature a small pip under the welding end that melts during the arc, effectively welding the fastener end to the material. Spring pressure from the welding gun aids in this process.

Material Options for Tags: Steel with copper plating, A2 stainless steel, and aluminum alloy.
